What is outlet shopping?

An idea originally imported from the United States, outlet schemes are defined as dedicated, mall-style developments, often built around a mock street, village square or quay-side. They offer an attractive shopping environment, often with leisure content and extensive car parking provision.

Retailers sell previous season's stock, end-of-line products, cancelled orders, some quality seconds, discontinued lines and returned merchandise, plus specific outlet stock, all at discounted prices - much lower than those in the High Street, normally discounted between 30 - 80%.

What is your returns policy?

Consumer rights are not affected by buying goods in outlet centres and you are entitled to your money back if something is faulty or was not pointed out to you at the time of buying.

What does RRP stand for?

RRP stands for Recommended Retail Price. This is specified by manufacturers when they produce an item for sale.

Where can I get further information on the stores?

Some of the retailers we have at our centres have their own websites. If this is the case, you can click straight to their website from the 'Stores Info' page. If they don't have a website, you can find their telephone number on the Stores Info page too.

Where can I get a map of the centre?

You can find the stores you are looking for on the Stores interactive map or you can download and print out a copy of our most recent site leaflet from the stores page.

On site, you can collect a site leaflet from numerous points around the centre or use one of our directory boards.

Where do I find information on Special opening times at Christmas and Easter?

The Village is open every day except Christmas Day!

We feature Christmas and Easter Opening times on the 'Opening Times' page as and when they arise, usually 4 weeks prior to the holiday.

When is late night shopping?

Thursday until 8pm

Do you allow dogs on site?

We only allow guide dogs, hearing dogs and assistance dogs on site.

Can I shop online?

New stock arrives all the time at our outlet shopping villages and is often of limited supply. It's usually snapped up before we would have chance to put it online! Plus, we offer a unique shopping experience that takes advantage of the Village atmosphere and provides a great day out for all the family, which we wouldn't want you to miss out on.

What is the VIP scheme?

If you join our VIP loyalty scheme, you are entitled to an extra 10% discount in selected stores. Plus, Seasonal Newsletters with updates on all the latest centre events, news, VIP offers and exclusive competitions. It's really easy to join, just go to the VIP Members section on the website.
